Her Husband
Pallavi’s husband was born into a family of restaurant owners; as such, it was obvious that he would follow in his parents’ footsteps. He had a strong interest in cooking, but after completing high school, he enrolled in a hotel management program. Along the way, he felt out of place and dropped out to pursue his cooking passion.
After dropping out of college, it was not easy for him to get a job in the culinary industry due to his lack of experience. As such, he had to do odd jobs to sustain himself while looking for a place to work as a chef. Luckily, he landed a job at the Taj Hotel, a prestigious hotel in Mumbai. He started as a commis chef but rose through the ranks until he became a chief chef.
After working as a chef for a while, Pallavi’s husband decided to open his seafood restaurant in Goa. Besides, he was also a part of the Radisson Blu Hotel in New Delhi, where he was one of the executives. After opening his restaurant, things started working for the better for Pallavi’s husband. As a result, he enjoyed a lot of fame and was among the youngest to own restaurants in India and Boston.
Pallavi’s husband has also won several awards for his art in the culinary industry. He has also hosted several cooking shows, including Ranveer’s Café, Global Menu, and Station Master’s Tiffin, among many others. On the other hand, Pallavi’s husband is also an author; he published his first book entitled “Come Into My Kitchen” in 2016; the book tells of his journey in the culinary industry.
He has another book called A Traditional Twist, in which he has written various global recipes. Pallavi’s husband is quite decorated, having won several awards, and we hope to see him continue excelling in what he loves most.
